Our Shipping Policy
- All orders received and paid for before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day.
- All orders received and paid for after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
- We offer shipping with Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. All of our parcels are sent ‘tracked and signed for’ so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel wherever you are in the world.
- Delivery on international orders can range from 5-20 days depending on the destination country and the selected shipping service.
- International payments can take 2-3 days to clear so please take this into consideration along with delivery time when placing orders.
Returns and Refunds
- You can action a return or refund by contacting us via the email address shown on our website.
- We offer a 30-day return window once you have received your order.
- If you have any issues with shipping at any point i.e. lost parcel or a missing item from your order, please contact us straight away so that we can rectify the issue.
Cancelling an Order
- You can cancel an order by contacting us directly using the email address provided on our website.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order so that it is not dispatched.
- Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and are only refundable on return of the item/s.
